I'm Lynn

Life & Leadership Coach

I believe that each of us has within us the wisdom, resilience, and inner resources to navigate life's challenges and create a life that feels meaningful, authentic, and fulfilling.

At different times in our lives, we may find ourselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from what matters most. We may be navigating a life transition, struggling in a relationship, questioning what's next, or simply longing for something more.

My role is not to tell you who to be or what to do. Rather, it is to walk alongside you as you gain clarity, reconnect with yourself, and move toward the life you want to create.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Life and Leadership Coach, and Spiritual Psychologist with a Master's Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, I bring together the perspectives of therapy, coaching, and spiritual growth to support both healing and meaningful change.

Whether our work focuses on understanding old patterns, navigating a current challenge, pursuing a long-held dream, or discovering a renewed sense of purpose, my intention is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where insight can deepen, possibilities can emerge, and meaningful action can unfold.

I believe that growth rarely happens all at once. More often, it occurs through small moments of awareness, courage, and intentional action that, over time, create lasting change.

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

I believe that meaningful transformation happens when we create space to slow down, listen inward, and move forward with intention and action.

Whether you are navigating a life transition, seeking greater clarity, or wanting support in creating meaningful change, or realizing a long-held dream, my work is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and take aligned action toward what matters most.

Together, we explore both your inner world (the Soul Line) and your outer world (the Goal Line) thus, bringing awareness, compassion, and steady action steps to creating the Life you want.

My Journey

My journey to this work has not been a straight line.

Growing up, I moved frequently and learned how to adapt to new schools, new environments, and new groups of people. While those experiences taught me resilience, they also left me searching for a deeper sense of belonging and confidence.

Like many people, I spent years trying to figure out who I was, where I fit in, and how to create a life that felt meaningful and authentic.

As a young adult, I worked in the entertainment industry, moving from job to job and searching for work that felt both fulfilling and sustainable. Eventually, I found my way into teaching, where I spent more than two decades supporting and encouraging students while continuing to grow and evolve myself.

When I retired from teaching in 2023, I found myself facing some of the same questions I had spent years helping others explore:

  • Who am I now?

  • What do I want?

  • What is the next chapter calling me toward?

What I discovered is that retirement is not simply an ending—it is an invitation. An opportunity to reimagine who we are, reconnect with what matters most, and create a life that feels purposeful and aligned. What began as a personal journey became a life-changing experience.

Through the recommendation of a therapist, I discovered the University of Santa Monica, where I earned a Master's Degree in Spiritual Psychology with an emphasis in Counseling Psychology. Later, I completed the University's coaching program and was introduced to the work of Steve Chandler, whose teachings on personal responsibility, possibility, and conscious creation continue to influence my work today.

Over the years, I've come to understand that lasting change doesn't happen because someone gives us the answers. It happens when we learn to listen more deeply to ourselves, reconnect with what matters most, and take meaningful steps in the direction of our dreams.

Today, I bring together my experience as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Life & Leadership Coach, Spiritual Psychologist, and former educator to support people who are asking many of the same questions that have shaped my own life.

What I Encourage

I encourage people to slow down long enough to hear their own inner wisdom.

I encourage people to become curious about what is possible, rather than focused on what is not.

I encourage people to honor both their Soul Line and their Goal Line—who they are being on the inside and what they are creating on the outside.

I encourage people to replace self-judgment with self-compassion.

I encourage people to trust that it is never too late to begin a new chapter.

How I Work

Whether through coaching, therapy, workshops, or group programs, my approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply personal.

I strive to create a space where people feel seen, heard, supported, and gently challenged to grow. Together, we explore what matters most, uncover what may be getting in the way, and create practical steps forward that align with your values, goals, and vision for your life.

My role is not to tell you what to do. My role is to help you access your own wisdom, discover new possibilities, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Life & Leadership Coach, I offer a unique blend of therapeutic support and forward-focused coaching to help people create more fulfilling, intentional, and meaningful lives.

Traditional therapy often focuses on exploring past experiences, relationships, emotional wounds, and limiting beliefs that may continue to affect the present. Coaching, on the other hand, is future-oriented; helping people clarify their goals, dreams, values, and aspirations in areas such as relationships, career, health and well-being, self-care, purpose, and personal growth.

As a Theracoach, I integrate both approaches. What does that look like in practice?

Often, clients come to me with a long-held dream, transition, or desire for change. Together, we transform that vision into a meaningful and intentional process; clarifying what is truly wanted and creating small, sustainable action steps toward that goal.

Along the way, fears, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or old patterns often arise and create feelings of stuckness. This is where the therapeutic aspect of my work becomes especially valuable. Drawing on my clinical training, deep listening skills, and psychological insight, I help clients work through the emotional blocks and unconscious patterns that may be holding them back.

My work is about supporting both inner healing and outward growth thus helping people move forward with greater clarity, self-awareness, confidence, and alignment with who they truly are.
